Using only those example inputs, net available capacity is 180 station-hours for the hypothetical cell during the stated 30-calendar-day window, as of the bidder response date, calculated as 1,000 - 700 - 80 - 40. RFQ load is 280 station-hours for the same cell, lot, window, and as-of date, calculated as 2,000 x 0.14. The resulting example margin is a 100-station-hour shortfall for that cell and window, as of the bidder response date.

That shortfall remains unresolved until dated bidder evidence supports added station-hours, reduced commitments, an approved alternate route, a verified lower routing load, or a revised lot date. The example does not support any actual order commitment.

Verify Critical-Component Readiness

For every component that can move the ready-to-ship date, request:
