Travel logistics
Fly into Guangzhou (CAN) or Shenzhen (SZX). 2.5-hour drive to Yangjiang. We arrange transport, accommodation in central Yangjiang, and translator if needed. Plan 1-2 days on-site.
What to bring
Audit checklist
Your spec sheet, sample products (yours or competitors'), packaging samples, target FOB. We'll work through them on the floor. Most decisions get made in a 4-hour walk.
