We sign before you share

If your project involves a design, drawing, sample or commercial information you don't want shared, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you send anything. You can use your own NDA template or ours — both are fine.

Send a request through our contact form and ask for an NDA; we return a signed copy, typically within one business day.

What confidentiality covers

Your designs, CAD, drawings, samples and reference products. Your branding, packaging artwork and logos. Commercial terms — pricing, quantities, target markets and channels. The fact of our working relationship, if you prefer it not be disclosed.

Tooling & design exclusivity

Custom-tooled SKUs built to your design are not offered to other customers. For catalog SKUs run under private label, we provide category and region exclusivity as written into your agreement so a competitor in your market doesn't carry the identical product.

ODM designs we develop for you are owned by you, with exclusivity terms defined per project. See ODM design.

Practical limits

Confidentiality does not extend to information that is already public, that you disclose publicly, or that we can show we held before disclosure. This page summarizes our standard approach and is not the agreement itself — the signed NDA governs.
