Twelve stages from spec
to your warehouse.
From forging a knife billet or laser-cutting a blank through hollow grinding, vacuum heat treatment (quenching and tempering), and knife sharpening on water-cooled stones to a verified BESS edge, this is the actual knife making production flow your order goes through, with the typical time and tolerance at each stage.
Every order takes the
same twelve steps.
