Laser engraving & blade etching
Fiber laser knife engraving on blade and bolster, acid etching for darker contrast, pad printing on handle scales. We work from your AI/EPS/SVG vectors. Sample approval before MP.

Custom knife engraving service
Branding on a knife is the most-photographed surface of your product. Whether you need laser knife engraving on the blade, acid etching knife blade for high-contrast logos, or custom knife engraving on the bolster, we invest in engraving quality because cheap pad-printing or shallow laser strokes wash off in months — and that's the thing your customer sees first in the unboxing photo. We use 20W and 30W fiber lasers, with manual depth and contrast control per SKU.

Frequently asked.
Vector preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF (with vectors). For raster, 600 DPI minimum at actual print size, but the engraver will only be as clean as the source. We can re-vector your logo for USD 50 fee.
Roughly 5mm wide for legible engraving on blade steel. Smaller is possible for marks (lot codes, certifications) but won't read as a logo.
Laser engraving on steel is monotone (line work + fill). Pad printing on handle can be 2-3 colors. Foil packaging can be any single foil color. Multi-color logos either get simplified (mono) or reserved for packaging.
Yes — laser engraving is below the steel surface, not on top. We've stress-tested on kitchen blades for 5,000+ cycles. Pad print on handles is more fragile and is not used on heavy-use kitchen SKUs.
Yes — we add CE, REACH, FDA, NSF or country-of-origin marks per regulation, on the blade or bolster. Charge nominal (USD 0.05-0.10 / unit).
