Damascus forging
Forged multi-layer Damascus with a hard performance core and acid-etched pattern — the gift-tier, photograph-it finish, with a real cutting edge underneath the look.

Damascus steel knife manufacturer
Damascus is our premium line: layered steel folded and forged into a flowing pattern, with a high-performance core (VG-10, AUS-10 or 10Cr15CoMoV) so the blade cuts like a modern steel while looking like a collectible. We run standard 67-layer and custom layer counts and patterns (twist, ladder, raindrop), acid-etched for contrast. It's the SKU that anchors a gift range or a flagship tier.

Quality. Pattern consistency, core hardness and edge are checked per batch. Because the core does the cutting, performance is held to the same standard as our solid-steel lines.
MOQ & lead time. Damascus MOQ from 200 units per SKU (lower than typical due to gift positioning). Lead time 40-55 days given forging and etching steps.
Frequently asked.
Both — our Damascus is clad over a high-performance core (VG-10 etc.) at 60-62 HRC, so it cuts like a modern steel while showing the pattern.
Yes — twist, ladder, raindrop and custom layer counts. Patterns are acid-etched for contrast.
From 200 units per SKU. Lead time runs a little longer (40-55 days) because of the forging and etching steps.
