Handle shape and material chosen for grip, channel and price; mock-up checked in hand.
Cut & shape
Scales cut and CNC-contoured, or polymer molded, to the blade tang.
Texture & fit
Texturing, jimping and finishing applied; fitted and pinned/bonded to the blade.
Finish
Hand-finished edges and surfaces for comfort and look.
Quality. Handles are checked for fit, gaps, symmetry and finish against the approved sample, and stress-tested for bond/pin security on hard-use lines.
MOQ & lead time. Handle manufacturing is part of OEM/ODM build — MOQ from 300 units per SKU. Custom handle tooling for molded designs from USD 200-1,500.
