Quality. Each sheath is checked for retention (the knife stays put inverted) and clean draw, and fit-matched to the production blade, not a generic size.
MOQ & lead time. Sheaths are made with the knife program — MOQ from 300 units. Kydex molding may need a per-model forming tool.
